Decent chocolates, but some issues
I ordered an assortment box of their sugar-free dark chocolate truffles and some sugar-free milk chocolate. The taste was generally good for sugar-free options, certainly better than some other brands I've tried. The dark chocolate truffles were quite rich and satisfying. However, one of the milk chocolate bars arrived a bit melted, even though it wasn't super hot out when it shipped. It probably sat on my porch for a bit too long. Their packaging could be a little better for warmer weather, maybe with a small ice pack. Customer service was responsive when I asked about the melting, but just offered a discount on a future order instead of replacing the bar. It was an okay experience overall, good for diabetics looking for options.
Good sugar-free hazelnut spread
I got the sugar-free hazelnut spread a few weeks ago and it was pretty good. I was a bit worried since it's sugar-free but it tasted pretty close to the real thing. I finished it in about a week. Shipped fast too, got to me in California in 4 days. Would probably get it again.
